Strangford & District Men's Shed is a community space where men can connect, converse, and engage in practical activities like making, repairing, and learning new skills, fostering social interaction and combating loneliness and isolation.  We offer introductory courses, access to equipment,  a place to have a chat and a wide range of group activities.

Getting creative

Sheds are a great space for creative activities that there's no room for in the home. Thanks to support by the Lottery Fund, member subscriptions, and a core group of experts, we provide access to woodworking, crafting, photography, laser cutting and engraving, 3d printing, bicycle repair and much more.

As well as pursuing personal projects and interests, we encourage social engagement, collaborate with other community groups, and organise regular get-togethers and trips.
